Innovision conducted a comprehensive study on MHM product availability, accessibility, and user acceptability in Bangladesh, including quantitative surveys, interviews, and focus group discussions with women and adolescent girls. The assignment included piloting of “Vulva” tools and development of IEC/BCC materials. Findings informed policy recommendations and evidence-based strategies to improve menstrual health and hygiene practices.

Innovision managed grading, monitoring, and secure data entry for approximately 85,000 placement and end-of-year assessments of Rohingya learners in Cox’s Bazar and Bhasan Char. The assignment included quality assurance, deployment of monitors, digital data management, logistics, and coordination of a large operational team. Results supported accurate assessment reporting and informed appropriate grade placements.

Innovision conducted a comprehensive market analysis of ACT and mRDT in Nigeria to inform the transition from subsidy-based interventions to a sustainable malaria case management market. The assignment included mapping value chains, analyzing supply and demand, assessing market share and pricing, and evaluating regulatory and distribution systems. Findings supported recommendations for a sustainable, quality-assured, and equitable malaria market system.

Innovision delivered workplace-based training across two Tier-1 RMG factories in Dhaka, Gazipur, Narayanganj, and Chattogram, ensuring 50% women participation. The assignment included training of trainers, technical and soft skills training for workers, on-site support, and data-driven monitoring and reporting. The program enhanced workforce skills while promoting gender inclusion and labor rights.

Innovision assessed gender responsiveness in climate adaptation initiatives across Bagerhat, Khulna, and Satkhira. The study involved FGDs, KIIs, and case studies to identify women-led adaptation strategies and barriers, providing actionable insights for promoting gender equity and enhancing female leadership in climate resilience programs.

Innovision provided implementation support for the salt and seaweed value chains, entrepreneurship, and inclusive economic opportunities in Cox’s Bazar. The assignment included designing MSD-based interventions, training 360 local workers and farmers, integrating gender-responsive and environmentally sustainable practices, engaging private sector and government stakeholders, and producing inception, progress, and final reports with lessons learned and recommendations.

Innovision implemented interventions to enhance MSMEs’ access to finance across Bogura, Bhairab, Cox’s Bazar, and Kushtia. Activities included feasibility assessments, mapping financial ecosystems, onboarding partner banks, delivering financial literacy and capacity-building programs, establishing MSME banking corners, and fostering mentorship and networking platforms.

Innovision supports designing and implementing a microinsurance product for fisheries MSMEs across Mymensingh, Nilphamari, Rangpur, Jashore, and Dinajpur, covering stakeholder partnerships, product refinement, pilot rollout, monitoring, assessment, and scale-up recommendations.
